1. Conduct temporary staffing analysis, manage purchase orders for key events.
2. Assist in preparing internal presentations for retailer strategy meetings.
3. Evaluate key launches and Christmas performance.
4. Prepare budget reports and trackers, ensuring accuracy.
5. Update distribution mapping by Area Manager.
6. Assist in the creation of Newsround.
7. Produce weekly IPOS reports and manage back office.
8. Update monthly training corporate feedback.
9. Prepare and process monthly sample and gifting drops for stores.
10. Monitor and update temp staffing retail performance by store.
11. Follow up on parked list and invoice queries.
12. Support business analyst in producing sales reports.
13. Conduct weekly store visits for brand positioning and competitor analysis.
14. Send and follow up on Authorised Retail Agreement forms.
15. Follow up on incentives to motivate consultants and staff.
16. Raise purchase orders for management and sales departments.
17. Assist with ad-hoc management requests.
18. Organize and prepare team conferences.
19. Participate in all provided trainings.

2. Highly organized with attention to detail.
3. Genuine affinity for the brand and luxury industry.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Flexibility and adaptability.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
4. Strong organizational skills.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.
