- Assist the Area Manager in business management, client relations, and back-office operations within the designated zone.
- Manage and oversee the coordinators within the zone.
- Conduct sell-in and sell-out analysis and reporting by franchise, including product quota studies and tracking.
- Analyze stock levels and monthly coverage, implementing client actions as needed.
- Supervise the proper delivery of stock to shops.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to construct the annual expense table and monitor billing and P&L items, alerting the Area Manager to any budget discrepancies.
- Validate expenses incurred by coordinators.
- Ensure the definition, communication, and deployment of the product assortment within the zone, implementing corrective actions if necessary.
- Supervise the sending of listings and new product references, ensuring adherence to deadlines and recommending product placement quantities.
- Manage and track the billing of all catalog products.
- Analyze assortment performance and identify optimization opportunities in line with LVMH Fragrance Brands and client strategies.
- Recommend assortments and stock requirements for trade animations and activations in collaboration with operational marketing.
- Collaborate with operational marketing on forecasts for new launches and promotions.
- Conduct monthly performance analyses and recommend client actions.
- Validate POSM forecasts with operational marketing and define GWP and POSM splits by airport.
- Manage leftover inventory.
- Assist in preparing sales cycle and team meetings.
- Contribute to the development of operator budget exercises.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international commerce.
- Proficiency in business analysis and autonomous work.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a genuine service orientation.
- Team spirit and adaptability in a complex, multicultural, and international environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English and French; a third language is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in international commerce.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac+5).
