1. Coordinate with factory operations and Beauty Tech IT services to manage the evolution, deployment, and animation of IT solutions in Industrial Logistics and Production.
2. Lead a network of Key Users to enhance, maintain, and develop skills, ensuring optimal use of systems in areas such as supply, planning, inventory management, production, and quality.
3. Master, manage, and evolve processes supported by IT solutions in alignment with operational needs.
4. Understand, challenge, and consolidate requests for evolution or new solutions from operational teams.
5. Provide support and help users enhance their skills to optimize system usage.
6. Master BI and reporting tools and deploy these competencies within the organization.
7. Partner with Beauty Tech teams at all stages of system life: transformation, deployment, support, including budget definition.

1. Holder of a Bac +5 or equivalent
2. At least 7 years of experience in managing projects on industrial IT systems: logistics, supply, planning, or production

1. Advanced knowledge of SAP
2. Ability to simplify technical subjects
3. Solution-oriented with the ability to prioritize
4. Proficiency in English for IT systems, capable of written interaction and understanding oral presentations

Minimum 5 years of experience required.
