1. Coordinate the interface between factory operations and LVMH Beauty Tech's IT services to oversee the evolution, deployment, and management of IT tools in Industrial Logistics and Production.
2. Lead a network of Key Users to enhance, maintain, and develop competencies, ensuring optimal use of IT tools across supply chain, planning, inventory management, production, and quality domains.
3. Manage, pilot, and evolve processes supported by IT tools in alignment with operational needs.
4. Understand, challenge, and consolidate requests for evolution or new solutions from operational teams.
5. Provide support and facilitate skill development among users to optimize their use of IT tools.
6. Master self-BI and reporting tools, deploying these competencies within the organization.
7. Partner with Beauty Tech teams throughout the system lifecycle, including transformation, deployment, and support, as well as budget preparation.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 or higher.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience managing projects on industrial IT systems within operational business teams.

1. Advanced knowledge of SAP.
2. Ability to simplify technical subjects and prioritize tasks.
3. Solution-oriented mindset.
4. Proficiency in English for written and oral communication on IT systems.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 or higher.
