1. Coordinate between factory operations and the Beauty Tech IT services to manage the evolution, deployment, and operation of IT solutions in Industrial Logistics and Production.
2. Lead a network of Key Users to enhance, maintain, and develop skills, ensuring optimal system use in areas such as supply, planning, inventory management, production, and quality.
3. Manage, control, and evolve processes supported by IT solutions to meet operational needs.
4. Understand, challenge, and consolidate requests for system evolution or new solutions from operational teams.
5. Provide support and help users enhance their system usage skills.
6. Master BI and reporting tools, and disseminate these skills within the organization.
7. Partner with Beauty Tech teams throughout system lifecycle stages, including transformation, deployment, and support, as well as budget definition.

1. Holder of a Bac +5 or equivalent
2. At least 7 years of experience managing projects on industrial IT systems in logistics, supply, planning, or production

1. Advanced knowledge of SAP
2. Ability to simplify technical subjects
3. Solution-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
4. Proficiency in English for written and oral communication in IT systems

Minimum 5 years of experience required.

Holder of a Bac +5 or equivalent.
