1. Facilitate a network of Key Users to enhance and sustain IT tool competencies across supply, planning, inventory management, production, and quality domains.
2. Manage, oversee, and evolve processes supported by IT tools to align with operational needs.
3. Understand, challenge, and consolidate requests for system evolution or new solutions from operational teams.
4. Provide support and facilitate skill development for users to optimize their use of IT tools.
5. Master self-BI and reporting tools, and disseminate these skills within the organization.
6. Partner with Beauty Tech teams throughout system lifecycle stages, including transformation, deployment, and support, as well as budget development.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 or higher.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience managing projects on industrial IT systems within operational business teams.

1. Advanced knowledge of SAP.
2. Ability to simplify technical subjects and prioritize tasks.
3. Solution-oriented mindset.
4. Proficiency in English for IT systems, including written communication and understanding oral presentations.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.

Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 or higher.
