LVMH Business Manager

- Achieve and exceed counter productivity targets by setting clear weekly, monthly, and yearly objectives.
- Define daily, weekly, and monthly targets for each team member in alignment with company expectations and KPIs.
- Utilize technology to report and record sales and customer interactions.
- Implement the Relational Signature daily to ensure the highest level of service and brand goals are met.
- Monitor competitor activity and communicate insights to the team and Area Manager weekly.
- Organize on-counter events and ensure effective planning to maximize sales.
- Maintain a high level of luxury service for all customers at all times.
- Develop a customer loyalty VIP system and ensure a strong CRM is in place.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
- Adhere to company merchandising guidelines and maintain basic stock levels.
- Communicate company strategy and objectives to the team.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews for team members.
- Support recruitment by conducting first-stage interviews and auditions.
- Manage counter administration and reporting, adhering to deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
- Ensure team grooming aligns with company guidelines.
