- Process and load sell-out, shop trends, and wholesale data into the database.
- Conduct synthetic analysis of sell-out by retailer/airport and product category against forecasts and previous year.
- Update monthly sales tracking files for sell-in/sell-out.
- Consolidate numerical data for various monthly reports.
- Monitor current year's product launches.
- Participate in monthly forecasts for upcoming year launches.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses involving different departments (marketing, sales, finance).
- Enrolled in a business school or university equivalent at a Master's level (Bac+4/5).
- Strong proficiency in English for regular international market interactions.
- Advanced Excel skills, including database management and complex formulas.
- Analytical/finance-oriented profile with a strong affinity for numbers and analysis.
- Result-oriented with the ability to anticipate.
- Curious with a strong team spirit.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and business analysis tools (e.g., Qlik Sense).
- Market and business sensitivity regarding fragrance and cosmetics products.
- Teamwork capability.
- Ability to manage projects involving multiple departments (marketing, sales, finance).
- Capacity to handle large data volumes.
- International openness.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Master's degree in Business or related field.
The position offers hybrid work arrangements with one day of remote work per week after three months, subject to managerial approval. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, candidates may receive a recommendation for internal job applications and potential selection for the International Program, GLOW.
