LVMH Fragrance Brands Business Analyst

- Manage, maintain, and optimize all Key Account Management (KAM) databases and tools.
- Coordinate and lead new product rounds in collaboration with sales, marketing, and retail teams.
- Provide analyses and input for budget planning meetings, manage product allocations, track orders, and monitor target achievement.
- Utilize Business Intelligence systems such as Orion and Power BI to generate detailed sales statistics and monitor sales performance.
- Support the Key Account Management team in daily operations and preparation for client meetings and business reviews for the Paris head office.
- Ensure efficient data and information exchange between the Key Account team and Sales Development Managers (Retail).
- Coordinate and manage sell-in for desk-sales clients (non-actively visited clients).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Structured and results-oriented work approach with strong analytical thinking abilities.
- Open and service-oriented personality with a passion for analytical work.
- Strong understanding of the selective retail landscape, particularly in the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced skills in Power BI and data analysis tools.
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training.
