LVMH Fragrance Brands Brand Executive

- Assist the Brand Manager in aligning operations with the brand's strategic objectives.
- Support sales, marketing, and training teams in executing campaigns and operations.
- Provide administrative support to office and retail teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Facilitate retail sales team operations, including order replenishment and frontline staff management.
- Prepare payroll for the retail team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and retailers for shop maintenance and visual standards.
- Manage inventory control and delivery of materials to retailers.
- Analyze sales and KPI reports using SSAS and Power BI.
- Assist in executing trade animations, events, and new product launches.
- Manage monthly GWP plans, ensuring efficient execution and control.
- Compile key business reports and conduct competitor analysis.
- Perform clerical duties related to sales, marketing, and training tasks.
- Manage expense tracking, including PO creation and invoice handling.
- Execute projects as assigned by the Brand Manager.
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience in retail operations, marketing, or administration.
- Experience in the retail or beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
- Effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese typing.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role, preferably within the retail or beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
