- Develop and execute localized strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales growth in Saudi Arabia.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand consumer behavior and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to manage the market budget and optimize resource allocation.
- Oversee the Profit & Loss of the subsidiary.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the team, setting objectives and managing performance.
- Manage the brand's retail presence, including boutiques and digital channels, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Plan and execute events and collaborations to increase brand visibility.
- Analyze sales data to monitor performance and develop action plans to achieve targets.
- Oversee local marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand positioning and identity.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and cultural sensitivities in all branding activities.
- Proven experience in commercial, brand management, or marketing within the luxury goods industry.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury products and understanding of the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
