1. Enhance sales and brand image for Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums through exceptional customer service.
2. Provide tailored advice and recommendations to meet client needs.

4. Actively participate in the sales team, utilizing performance indicators to achieve sales targets.
5. Conduct weekly reporting to the Stand Manager on sales results and market share.
6. Maintain the boutique's presentation, including product arrangement and inventory management.
7. Uphold brand image through distributor team training and information sharing.
8. Foster distributor team loyalty to enhance sales.
9. Propose and implement in-store action plans.
10. Report on customer feedback and competitor activities.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales, negotiation, or aesthetics.
2. Approximately 2 to 5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury perfumes and cosmetics.
3. Proficiency in perfume, makeup, and skincare.
4. Significant expertise in makeup techniques.
5. Fluency in French and English; Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
