1. Provide a unique customer experience by establishing genuine connections, offering warm welcomes, and presenting various products to ensure customer loyalty.
2. Drive sales growth at the designated retail location.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening and personalized solutions.
4. Cultivate a loyal customer base and expand local and international clientele using available tools such as clienteling, storytelling, and in-store events.
5. Collect and report customer feedback on products.
6. Ensure the achievement and tracking of both individual and collective sales targets.
7. Contribute proactively to the overall appearance and harmony of the boutique, adhering to retail excellence and sales procedures set by the Boutique Management.

1. Minimum of a Bac+2 in a commercial field (e.g., BTS MUC, BTS NRC, DUT TC).

1. Strong affinity for sales.
2. Customer and results-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent service orientation and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
5. Knowledge of a third language (Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Italian, Portuguese) is advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Minimum Bac+2 in a commercial field.
