1. Sell Givenchy and Kenzo products while delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Initiate and nurture relationships with customers.
3. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
4. Propose and demonstrate tailored product offerings.
5. Cultivate enduring customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling.
6. Meet monthly retail sales targets.
7. Participate in merchandising and inventory management in line with corporate standards.
8. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Supervisor.
9. Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in English or French.
2. Competence in using Office and Lotus Notes.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to understand and fulfill customer needs.

1 to 2 years of prior experience in retail or service industries, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent.
