1. Sell brand products and deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and reformulate customer needs.
4. Monitor competitive activities, including special actions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track sales performance according to key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop personal and lasting relationships with clients and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in maintaining merchandising and inventory per corporate guidelines.
10. Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments. Experience as a makeup artist is desirable.
