1. Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
2. Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
3. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
4. Be knowledgeable about all Parfums Givenchy products and propose personalized products to clients.
5. Demonstrate products through flash make-overs and explain benefits.
6. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
7. Identify, understand, and reformulate client needs.
8. Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty.
9. Educate clients on Parfums Givenchy products and the brand.
10. Participate in merchandise management in line with Corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
12. Conduct operational and administrative tasks.
13. Act as a Parfums Givenchy brand ambassador.
14. Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
15. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
16. Carry out additional duties as directed by the management team.
