1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and reframe customer needs.
4. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track point-of-sale performance according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop lasting personal relationships with customers and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
10. Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training and/or university degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training and/or university degree preferred.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract, 36 hours per week, social benefits.
