1. Advise and sell the brand's products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
2. Provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
3. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
4. Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product demonstrations.
5. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
6. Track sales performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
9. Maintain merchandising and inventory in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
11. Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract, 36-hour work week, social benefits.
