1. Advise and sell brand products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
3. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
4. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
5. Monitor competitive activities such as special promotions and product launches.
6. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
7. Track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Cultivate enduring relationships with clients and retailers.
9. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
10. Participate in maintaining merchandising and inventory in line with corporate guidelines.
11. Oversee stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock availability.
12. Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
3. English language proficiency at B2 level minimum.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors, and preferably in Travel Retail.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract with 40 hours per week. Social benefits included.
