1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
2. Increase brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
3. Identify, understand, and reformulate customer needs.
4. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and launches.
5. Track total and segment-specific sell-out performance.
6. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
7. Participate in maintaining merchandising and inventory according to established guidelines.
8. Control stock levels and report any issues to the Regional Key Account Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
9. Ensure proper implementation of all special actions at the point of sale, including visibility, gift sets, and purchase incentives.
10. Complete all required reports and orders.

1. Professional training in Personal Image

1. Advanced French proficiency (C1)
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
3. Customer orientation

5. Autonomy and proactivity

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Professional training in Personal Image

35-hour workweek from Tuesday to Saturday, with work on Sundays during peak season (3-4 months in summer).
