Responsibilities
- Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
- Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
- Be knowledgeable on all Parfums Givenchy products and propose personalized products to clients.
- Demonstrate products on clients and explain the benefits confidently.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Identify, understand, and reformulate client needs.
- Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty.
- Educate clients on Parfums Givenchy products and the brand.
- Participate in merchandise management and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
- Conduct assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Represent Parfums Givenchy as a brand ambassador.
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
- Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
- Carry out additional duties as directed by the management team.
