1. Sell brand products and deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
4. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track sales performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
7. Cultivate enduring personal relationships with clients and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Oversee stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
