Beauty Consultant

1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
2. Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competition, including special actions and launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
6. Track sales points according to key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop personal and lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly/monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
10. Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reports and orders.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.
2. Experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion.

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract, 36 hours per week, social benefits.
