1. Achieve brand sales targets across all product categories.
2. Proactively sell and increase average transaction value (ATV) and items per transaction (IPT).
3. Demonstrate products and articulate their benefits to clients confidently.
4. Inspire customers with the Givenchy legacy through storytelling and exceptional customer service.
5. Build genuine connections with guests and maintain high grooming standards.
6. Stay updated with product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas.
7. Maintain store standards, including stock management and visual merchandising.
8. Act as a Givenchy Ambassador with a proactive and positive attitude.
9. Work flexibly across retailer hours, including weekends and evenings.
10. Build effective in-store relationships and drive business through return appointments and events.

1. Previous managerial experience in a similar role is essential.
