2. Achieve all retail sales targets and key performance indicators, including average transaction value and units, seated services, VIP clients, and return appointments.
3. Implement traffic-stopping techniques daily to drive sales.
4. Provide the highest level of customer service in the application and use of Givenchy products.
5. Adhere to merchandising guidelines and hygiene standards consistently.
6. Support all major sales and marketing activities both in-store and externally.
7. Assist the Account Manager and Area Manager in the efficient operation of the account.
8. Maintain compliance with company and store standards, rules, and regulations.

1. Previous experience within the retail sector of the fragrance industry is preferred.

5. Passion for fragrance.

Beginner level experience in the retail sector, preferably within the fragrance industry.
