- Conduct flash make-overs and explain product benefits to clients.
- Initiate customer contact and engage in traffic stopping to welcome them to the counter.

- Participate in merchandise management, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, report issues, and ensure sufficient inventory.

- Adhere to company procedures and policies, as well as store policies.
- Build relationships with store management and carry out additional duties as directed by management.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to engage and approach customers confidently.
- Excellent communication skills to identify and meet customer needs.
- Knowledge of cosmetics and make-up application.

- Results-oriented with a drive to grow the business through events and counter activities.
Beginner level experience in luxury retail or beauty sales is required.
