1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
2. Enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and launches.
5. Track total and category-specific sell-out performance.
6. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
7. Participate in maintaining merchandising and inventory according to established guidelines.
8. Control stock levels and report issues to the Regional Key Account Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
9. Ensure proper implementation of all special actions at the point of sale, including visibility, gift sets, and purchase incentives.
10. Complete all required reports, orders, and documentation.

1. Professional training in Personal Image.

1. Advanced French proficiency (C1).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
3. Result-oriented.
4. Customer-focused.
5. Autonomous and proactive.

Minimum of 3 years in sales and customer service, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Professional training in Personal Image
