- Actively participate in the development of promotional offers, including gift sets for key campaigns such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, and Travel Retail.
- Develop concepts and assortments, brief creative agencies and studios, and validate prototypes and final proofs.
- Coordinate the shooting of gift sets and the development of visuals.
- Prepare and deliver launch presentations (360°, Forecast Request) for various markets and strategic project presentations to top management.
- Engage in conceptual research and contribute to the development of 360° tools, including visuals and Art of Gifting materials.
- Assist in the development of the annual Gift With Purchase plan.
- Conduct competitive analysis on sell-in and sell-out data to inform the brand's animation strategy.
- Manage quotes and assist in preparing marketing conventions and other strategic presentations.
- Perform competitive intelligence on gift sets, digital, and 360° initiatives during key commercial periods to inspire creative strategies and conduct field visits.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program with a specialization in Marketing.
- Previous experience in Marketing Development within the Luxury or Beauty sector is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong sensitivity to the luxury and Fragrance & Cosmetics sectors.
- Creativity and agility.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Eagerness to learn in a stimulating and creative professional environment.
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates with some exposure to marketing development in luxury or beauty sectors.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
