- Lead the consolidation of Beauty 360 Marketing strategies, encompassing sales, visual merchandising, forecasting, media, PR, e-retail, events, and education.
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and customer insights for the North American Beauty market, serving as the primary contact for Beauty and US Market.
- Track retail sales performance, analyze business trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to Global Marketing and local leadership.
- Lead the forecasting process for new Beauty lines/products and monitor inventory levels.
- Manage marketing tools updates and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the USA Beauty POSM budget and collaborate with purchasing to develop promotional materials.
- Act as the main beauty contact for the Visual Merchandising team, ensuring alignment with Sephora and HQ.
- Prepare and adapt presentations for Market Meetings and lead presentations to Specialty accounts.
- Address retailer inquiries promptly to maintain LVMH Fragrance Brands' reputation as a top-tier vendor.
- Communicate regularly with HQ to outline market-specific needs and provide feedback on product launches.
- Manage the QVC account.
- Supervise and develop the Marketing Intern.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Team player with the ability to interact at all levels with internal and external partners.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the beauty industry preferred.
Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
