1. Autonomously manage the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including job posting, manager briefings, candidate sourcing, HR interviews, and offer extension.
2. Facilitate the junior community through mid-term reviews, organizing after-work events, coaching workshops, cross-team lunches, and cultural outings.
3. Participate in target school events such as recruitment forums, conferences, and business case competitions.
4. Provide support to the HR Development team on various projects and ad hoc requests.

1. Pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent university with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial exposure to recruitment processes.

Master's degree in Business or equivalent with a focus on Human Resources.

One day of remote work per week after three months, subject to managerial approval. Access to internal recommendations and potential selection for the International Program, GLOW. Participation in integration seminars, networking events, and HR coaching workshops. Mentorship by a senior buddy throughout the tenure.
