- Drive the sell-out development of Givenchy & Kenzo products in Douglas, Ici Paris XL, and Bijenkorf outlets across the Netherlands.
- Develop sell-in strategies at B&M Independents.
- Advise, present, and sell Givenchy & Kenzo products to consumers.
- Proactively increase consumer engagement and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Achieve set sell-out and sell-in targets.
- Coach and motivate sales assistants through one-to-one flash training.
- Monitor stock levels, particularly bestsellers, and ensure the presence of testers.
- Follow merchandising guidelines to optimize product visibility.
- Maintain and clean Givenchy GTS makeup displays.
- Prepare and evaluate sell-out days for the Sales & Retail Analyst.
- Provide weekly feedback to the Sales Director on consumer feedback and competitor activities.
- Generate various reports, including planning and conversions.
- Work full-time, available Monday through Sunday.
- Higher vocational education (HBO) working and thinking level.
- Makeup training for commercial application.
- Beautician training.
- Driver's license B.
- Proficiency in modern software and internet applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Ability to convey knowledge effectively.
- Natural ability to win people over.
- Flexible and creative with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently.
A minimum of 5 years of commercial work experience is required.
Higher vocational education (HBO) level.
Performance is evaluated based on quantitative criteria such as achieving daily sell-out targets and qualitative criteria like the quality of event reports and merchandising execution.
