Area Manager

LVMH Fragrance Brands combines the expertise of two iconic Maisons: Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums, creating highly desirable and bold fragrance and beauty products. The company is part of the LVMH Group, known for its couture heritage and commitment to operational excellence.

1. Act as the LVMH Fragrance Brands Ambassador, representing Givenchy and Kenzo values to consumers and sales staff.
2. Drive sell-out development for Givenchy and Kenzo in Douglas, Ici Paris XL, and Bijenkorf stores in the Netherlands.
3. Achieve sales targets and provide excellent service and experience to new and existing consumers.
4. Advise, present, and sell Givenchy and Kenzo products to consumers.
5. Increase consumer contacts and strengthen loyalty for Douglas, Ici Paris XL, Bijenkorf, and Independents.
6. Coach and motivate sales staff through one-on-one flash training.
7. Monitor stock levels, especially bestsellers, and ensure the presence of testers.
8. Follow merchandising guidelines and optimize visibility in stores.
9. Maintain and clean Givenchy make-up displays.
10. Prepare and evaluate sell-out days with the Sales & Retail Analyst.
11. Provide weekly feedback to the Sales Director on consumer feedback and competitor activities.
12. Complete various reports on planning and sales.
13. Work from Monday to Sunday, full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

1. Minimum HBO level of education.
2. Training in commercial application of makeup.
3. Beauty specialist training.
4. Driving license B.

1. Knowledge of modern software and internet applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Proficiency in Dutch and English.
3. Ability to transfer knowledge to others.
4. Natural ability to win people over.

Minimum 5 years of commercial work experience.

Minimum HBO level of education.

Full-time position with a flexible working schedule.
