- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Permanent and Animation team to develop boutique, stand, and perfumery concepts.
- Design and layout retail spaces, ensuring alignment with validated zoning plans.
- Oversee project content in coordination with the Purchasing and Planning teams.
- Coordinate with freelancers, guideline development agencies, and 3D consultants.
- Research materials, new technologies, and equipment to drive innovation in retail design.
- Create and develop design and technical guidelines for markets and subsidiaries.
- Serve as the market reference for execution and adaptation inquiries in retail spaces.
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate and architectural project management within retail environments
- Proficiency in luxury cosmetics and beauty sectors
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD, 3D SKETCH UP/V-RAY, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, Illustrator (InDesign proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills in planning, budgeting, and project tracking
- Creativity and a strong sense of retail and merchandising
- Curiosity and openness to contemporary art
- Proactive, with a strong sense of priorities and autonomy
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a focus on corporate and architectural project management in retail settings.
Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
Hybrid work model with up to 2 days of remote work per week.
