1. Manage operational tasks and provide administrative support to the Finance and HR departments.
2. Create suppliers in SAP and input orders.
3. Track commitments and manage expense reports and travel arrangements using Concur.
4. Monitor team schedules, including leave and travel arrangements.
5. Prepare for the onboarding of new team members, including IT access and workspace setup.
6. Order office supplies and assist in organizing meetings and events.
7. Maintain regular contact with the Legal Department for various signatures.
8. Handle incoming calls and mail.
9. Update various files and participate in insurance dossier follow-ups.

1. Currently pursuing a degree from Bac +1 to Bac +3 with a specialization in Executive Assistance.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in English.
6. Competency in IT tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Knowledge of SAP/Concur is advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for individuals at the beginning of their career.

Currently pursuing a degree from Bac +1 to Bac +3 with a specialization in Executive Assistance.
