LVMH Financial Controller - Travel Retail

- Monitor and analyze operational performance, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and validating expenditure commitments.
- Conduct thorough analysis of invoices and proactively manage the Travel Retail general expenses budget.
- Engage in monthly closing entries and reporting, preparing flash memos and detailed P&L performance commentary.
- Develop and implement relevant performance tracking tools and indicators for the Travel Retail business.
- Prepare and update rolling forecasts, challenging operational assumptions and contributing to annual budget construction and revisions.
- Manage the Travel Retail P&L, ensuring clear visibility of revenues, costs, and margins.
- Oversee budget management and tracking of travel expenses and capital expenditures.
- Implement and monitor stock budget management with retailers, aligning with commercial objectives.
- Train and support new Travel Retail team members in financial tools and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement of financial control processes and tools, proposing optimizations and automations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Audit, or Management Control (Master's preferred).
- 2-3 years of professional experience in management control, ideally in an international environment within Retail, Luxury, or Travel Retail sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, modeling) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP BPC or equivalent) and/or Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Proven analytical and synthesis capabilities to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Business-oriented mindset with strategic recommendation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
- Proactive and curious with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for daily international team interactions.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in management control, preferably within an international context in the Retail, Luxury, or Travel Retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Audit, or Management Control (Master's preferred).
The position offers a hybrid work model with up to 2 days of remote work per week, fostering a flexible and inclusive work environment.
