LVMH Demand & Supply Planning Manager

1. Manage and develop the Dior Demand and Supply Planning team, ensuring empowerment and alignment with company objectives.
2. Oversee replenishment processes, defining quantities for import and optimizing transportation modes to maintain high service levels and control stock.
3. Propose optimized delivery frequencies and stock targets for points of sale, monitoring presence rates and managing shortages.
4. Coordinate the end-of-life process to minimize obsolescence and provide performance visibility to brand stakeholders.
5. Lead actions to drive business metrics in collaboration with internal functional areas and key clients.
6. Attend periodic operations reviews with top management and maintain updated item master data.
7. Define KPIs and objectives with the Head of Operations, monitoring activities and implementing corrective action plans.
8. Ensure coordination with business controlling, finance, sales administration, and other departments to optimize supply.
9. Develop S&OP processes for Dior in the UK, adhering to central and local operational factors.

1. Experience in supply chain, specifically in demand and supply planning functions.
2. Strong people management skills.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Expertise in analytics and planning.
5. Leadership skills to drive operational excellence.

1. Effective communication skills, both upward and within the team.
2. Expertise in Excel and SAP, with strong knowledge of Power BI.
3. Strong analytical and planning capabilities.
4. Ability to lead and inspire a team.

Minimum of 5 years in supply chain management, particularly in demand and supply planning roles.
