1. Serve as the point of contact for customers seeking information about product availability or reservations.
2. Respond to customer inquiries by recommending suitable offers, products, or services.
3. Assist customers in navigating partner brand websites.
4. Provide personalized customer experiences by presenting iconic models and conducting sales ceremonies.
5. Support customers in completing online orders.
6. Uphold luxury brand standards and ensure customer loyalty.
7. Identify potential customer needs and suggest complementary products.
8. Focus on solution-oriented after-sales service.
9. Manage after-sales complaint resolutions.
10. Enhance customer loyalty through personalized interactions, such as courtesy calls or event invitations.
11. Follow up with customers who have expressed dissatisfaction to identify and address issues.

1. Fluency in English, French, and German (CEFR level C1).
2. Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency and agility with IT tools.
