Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for customers seeking information about product availability or reservations.
- Respond to customer inquiries by recommending suitable offers, products, or services.
- Assist customers in navigating partner brand websites.
- Provide personalized customer experiences by presenting iconic models and conducting sales ceremonies.
- Support customers in completing online orders.
- Uphold luxury brand standards and ensure customer loyalty.
- Identify potential customer needs and suggest complementary products.
- Focus on solution-oriented after-sales service.
- Manage after-sales complaint resolutions.
- Enhance customer loyalty through personalized interactions, such as courtesy calls or event invitations.
- Follow up with customers who have expressed dissatisfaction to identify and address issues.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, French, and German (CEFR level C1).
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency and agility with IT tools.
