7. Focus on solution-driven approaches to post-sale issues and manage after-sales complaint resolutions.
8. Engage in client retention through courtesy calls and invitations to exclusive events.
9. Re-engage clients who have expressed dissatisfaction to address their concerns and improve their experience.

1. Proficiency in English, French, and German at a CEFR C1 level.

Experience in a multicultural environment is preferred, with a strong inclination towards the luxury sector.
