- Serve as the primary contact for clients seeking information about product availability and reservations across various communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Provide expert pre-sales advice by recommending suitable products and services to meet client needs.
- Facilitate a personalized sales experience by presenting iconic models and conducting the luxury sales ceremony.
- Assist clients with online order placements, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Uphold the Maison's luxury standards and contribute to client loyalty by identifying additional needs and suggesting complementary products.
- Resolve post-sales inquiries and manage after-sales complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Re-engage clients who have expressed dissatisfaction to understand their concerns and foster positive relationships.
- Participate in client retention efforts through courtesy calls and invitations to exclusive events.
- Fluency in German, English, and French (CEFR level C1).
