- Achieve and exceed counter productivity targets by setting clear weekly, monthly, and yearly objectives.
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly targets for team members aligned with company expectations and KPIs.
- Utilize technology for sales and customer reporting and recording.
- Implement the Relational Signature daily to ensure the highest level of service and brand goal achievement.
- Monitor and report key competitor activities to the team and Area Manager weekly.
- Plan and execute weekly on-counter events to maximize sales.
- Maintain an effective customer loyalty VIP system and strong CRM.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure adherence to company merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain correct stock levels and report concerns to the Area Manager weekly.
- Communicate company strategy and objectives to the team.
- Provide regular coaching and conduct monthly performance reviews for team members.
- Support recruitment by conducting first-stage interviews and auditions.
- Manage counter administration and reporting, adhering to deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
- Ensure team grooming aligns with company guidelines.
