LVMH Business Controller, Fragrance Group

- Visualize business performance and provide relevant financial data to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Ensure optimal ROI for investments and promote cost-effectiveness.
- Facilitate the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with local and HQ/Regional teams to establish financial targets.
- Submit budget/forecast packages in accordance with group schedules and guidelines.
- Monitor business progress against budget and forecast, identifying and reporting on risks and opportunities.
- Support relevant teams in implementing corrective actions to mitigate identified risks.
- Assess and maintain appropriate provisions/accruals during monthly closing and actual reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of the group package by working closely with the Accounting team.
- Actively contribute to fostering a collaborative team environment within the Controlling team.
- Provide support to the Division Controller and Brand teams for ad-hoc requests and projects.
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, preferably in the Cosmetics or FMCG industry within a multinational company.
- Fluency in Japanese and English; French proficiency is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and reliability.

A minimum of 5 years of finance experience, ideally within the Cosmetics or FMCG industry in a multinational company.
