- Monitor business performance across markets, traffic, and retailer updates with support from the P&C team.
- Conduct monthly reporting and analysis of Sell Out data by region, product line, retailer, and geographic area.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations on commercial performance.
- Collaborate with controlling to analyze SISO/Stock data.
- Support strategic presentations and participate in budget and business review preparations.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative business analyses in collaboration with marketing and controlling teams.
- Propose improvements to sales forecasting tools and processes.
- Manage database and Power BI updates and technical back office.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Client-oriented mindset in a multicultural environment.
- Strong numerical and reporting skills with quick and relevant analytical capabilities.
- Business development orientation.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced skills in reporting and analysis tools, particularly Power BI.
- Knowledge of the fragrance and cosmetics market is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar field within the luxury or beauty industry.
The position offers a hybrid working model with up to two days of remote work per week, fostering a balanced professional lifestyle.
