- Develop and execute a three-year strategic innovation plan for key brand events.
- Manage the development of initiatives ensuring profitability, revenue growth, quality, portfolio optimization, and time-to-market.
- Create innovative and distinctive brand animation concepts aligned with brand image, collaborating closely with internal and external teams.
- Oversee the development of promotional gift sets and Art of Gifting elements from briefing to market launch, coordinating with packaging, purchasing, supply chain, finance, pricing, and operational marketing teams.
- Develop and implement impactful 360-degree communication elements, including retailtainment and social media activation, in collaboration with operational marketing and expert functions.
- Analyze market performance data and conduct competitive analysis to inform creative strategies and brand animation.
- Collaborate with regional managers and markets to ensure local relevance.
- Prepare and manage budgets.
- Supervise an intern or apprentice assisting with various tasks.
- Advanced degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in international luxury product marketing development, preferably in the fragrance sector.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to unite teams and advocate for projects.
- Creativity and trend awareness with a strong aesthetic sensibility and affinity for fashion and the arts.
- Awareness of purchasing and eco-design issues.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to long-term planning.
- Proactive, reactive, and flexible.
- Team-oriented.
Minimum of 3 years in international luxury product marketing development, ideally within the fragrance industry.
Advanced degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university.
