LVMH Apprenticeship & School Partnerships Manager

- Manage and develop relationships with 16 partner schools across France and Switzerland, serving as primary liaison between partner institutions and LVMH Maisons (c. 250 apprentices placed annually).
- Define the annual Institut ME program and coordinate the delivery of approximately 30 Master Classes per year in collaboration with the Institut ME project manager.
- Plan and animate regular steering committees and working sessions with partner schools and Maisons; aggregate feedback and translate into program improvements.
- Oversee budgetary and administrative processes for partnerships: monitor budgets, update KPIs, and manage partnership agreements and conventions.
- Lead the annual Master Games project in partnership with schools, coordinate working groups and sessions, and collaborate with event coordination for delivery.
- Coordinate the recruitment campaign for apprentices (January–June), including management of Talent Days (around 18 per year) and follow-up on selection processes for c. 200 apprentices annually.
- Maintain and develop Alumni and Tutor communities: update the Alumni database, track career progression, and manage tutor training and ambassador engagement.
- Produce communication guidelines and create communication kits for apprentices and tutors to ensure consistent brand and program messaging.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in human resources; 7 years preferred, ideally with proven experience in school relations, apprenticeships or HR development.
- University degree, business school diploma or formal qualification in Human Resources.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English (written and oral).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent interpersonal communication and listening abilities.
- High level of organisation, proactivity, anticipation and adaptability; demonstrated operational delivery capability.

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience with responsibilities in school relations, apprenticeship programs or talent development; 7 years of experience is preferred.
University degree, business school diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources.
