LVMH Account Manager

- Set and monitor sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
- Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products, ensuring a luxury standard of service.
- Lead and coach the team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Implement cross-selling strategies to enhance average transaction value and units.
- Educate and train team members on Parfums Givenchy products and their history.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and overcome client objections.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits to clients.
- Initiate customer engagement both at the counter and through active outreach.
- Manage team performance, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
- Oversee stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
- Drive business growth through events, appointments, and return bookings.
- Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks.
- Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
- Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
- Build relationships with store management and perform additional duties as required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business development and sales growth.
- Strong organizational skills to manage paperwork and team dynamics.
- Tenacity and willingness to provide exceptional customer service.
- Confidence in engaging with customers and demonstrating products.
- Excellent communication skills for identifying customer needs.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation reflecting brand elegance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics sector.
