1. Set and monitor sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
2. Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products, ensuring a luxury standard of service.
3. Lead and coach the team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
4. Implement cross-selling strategies to enhance average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on Parfums Givenchy products and their history.
6. Provide personalized product recommendations and overcome client objections.
7. Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits to clients.
8. Initiate customer engagement both at the counter and through active outreach.
9. Manage team performance, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
10. Oversee stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
11. Drive business growth through events, appointments, and return bookings.
12. Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks.
13. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
14. Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
15. Build relationships with store management and perform additional duties as required.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics sector.
