1. Conduct induction training for newcomers to ensure comprehensive understanding of products, services, and sales techniques.
2. Facilitate 'Train the Trainer' sessions for Field Supervisors to enable them to deliver effective field induction and coaching.
3. Collaborate with Field Supervisors on training for new product launches and services, ensuring staff are well-versed in novelties.
4. Organize and execute training programs such as the Benefit Annual Convention and Brow Guru, including certification processes.
5. Provide in-store coaching and training based on identified needs and requests from the Training Manager and Sales Team.
6. Conduct store visits with Field Supervisors to review educational practices, ensure adherence to Benefit guidelines, and identify training needs.
7. Ensure access to physical and digital educational tools and track participation in e-learning modules.
8. Support retailer staff training for local markets and travel retail, including induction for store openings and new staff.
9. Manage allocated budget for training sessions, tools, and travel expenses.
10. Attend European training meetings, local meetings, and external events as necessary.
11. Perform various administrative tasks related to training sessions.

1. Minimum of 3 years of field experience in the beauty industry.
2. Proven ability to coach and educate teams effectively.
3. Intermediate proficiency in English.
4. Experience in education preferred.
5. Makeup and aesthetics licenses or certifications preferred.

5. Specialized knowledge in makeup products, brow waxing, tinting, and makeup application.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
7. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Minimum 3 years of field experience in the beauty industry.
