- Oversee social relations management, ensuring compliance with social law and legal monitoring within Veuve Clicquot and Krug.
- Foster constructive social dialogue with trade unions and ensure the effective functioning of social bodies such as CSE, CSSCT, and others.
- Support and guide managers in enhancing social dialogue quality.
- Act as the establishment's disciplinary procedures reference.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to agreed accords by company stakeholders.
- Monitor social indicators and produce periodic reports and dashboards.
- Support operational managers in team management, including recruitment, integration, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with HR procedures and legal standards in health, safety, and working conditions.
- Participate in transversal HR projects such as GPEC, QVCT/RSE, and SST.
- Ensure personnel files and employment contracts are compliant.
- Collaborate with occupational health services on health and safety dossiers.
- Update HR databases and ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide strategic HR advice to management on social aspects and contribute to strategic HR projects.
- Develop and deliver HR training sessions.
- Collaborate on internal communication regarding HR and social topics with the communication department.
- Embody and promote the company's values and culture.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Social Law, or related field.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong understanding of social law and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster constructive dialogue with trade unions and social bodies.
- Strong leadership and advisory capabilities.
Minimum of 10 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or wine and spirits industry.
Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Social Law, or related field.
