A leading company in the perfumes and cosmetics industry, known for its innovative products and commitment to excellence in retail sales and service.

1. Formulate action plans with specific volume goals and timetables with the Retail Account Manager team.
2. Monitor Yelp and Google ratings to ensure they average above a collective 4.0.
3. Build and develop a professional Retail Account Manager and Aesthetician team.
4. Maintain a succession pool of talent for open positions.
5. Ensure high standards of counter and in-store merchandising.
6. Execute new door openings and additions of new business classes.
7. Identify prospective new doors and doors for discontinuance.

1. Ability to house a home office or similar.
2. Ability to store promotional products.
3. Valid driver’s license.
4. State board aesthetician or cosmetology license preferred.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience in the retail beauty environment or similar.

The target salary range for this position is $118,000 - $150,000. Eligible for a sales incentive bonus and/or commission.
