Regional Sales Manager
A leading company in the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry, known for its innovative products and strong presence in the luxury market.
- Formulate action plans with specific volume goals and timetables with the Retail Account Manager team.
- Monitor Yelp and Google ratings to ensure they average above a collective 4.0.
- Build and develop a professional Retail Account Manager and Aesthetician team.
- Maintain a succession pool of talent for open positions.
- Ensure high standards of counter/in-store merchandising.
- Execute new door openings and additions of new business classes.
- Identify prospective new doors and doors for discontinuance.
- Ability to house a home office or similar.
- Ability to store promotional products.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Successfully pass an E-Verify check.
- State board aesthetician or cosmetology license preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to analyze business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience in the retail beauty environment or similar.
The target salary range for this position is $118,000 - $150,000. Eligible to earn a sales incentive bonus and/or commission.
