Regional Sales Manager

- Monitor Yelp and Google ratings to maintain an average above 4.0.
- Build and develop a professional team of Retail Account Managers and Aestheticians.
- Maintain a succession pool of talent for open positions.
- Ensure high standards of counter and in-store merchandising.
- Execute new door openings and manage additions of new business classes.
- Identify prospective new doors and doors for discontinuance.
- Ability to house a home office or similar.
- Ability to store promotional products.
- Valid driver’s license.
- State board aesthetician or cosmetology license preferred.
- Successful completion of an E-Verify check.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
A minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience in the retail beauty environment or similar.
The target salary range is $118,000 - $150,000, with eligibility for a sales incentive bonus and/or commission.
