Global CRM Manager

1. Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, segments, and journeys in marketing platforms.
2. Partner with external vendors and market partners to implement personalization and dynamic content features.
3. Coordinate with IT teams to monitor technical developments related to CRM programs.
4. Measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives through KPIs such as engagement rates and conversion metrics.
5. Support Loyalty and Clientelling programs with CRM support, including rollout, QA, and ongoing support.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of professional experience in email and SMS marketing, or Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
2. 1-2 years of experience setting up campaigns, segments, and reports in marketing automation platforms like Iterable, Adobe Campaign, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3. Demonstrated ability to set up and monitor complex journeys and triggers in marketing automation campaigns.
4. 3+ years of experience managing complex global projects.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in email and SMS marketing, with experience in managing complex global projects.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Master’s degree with relevant experience.

The target salary range is $100,000 to $135,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
