Executive Assistant to Chief Commercial Officer

- Manage scheduling and coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
- Provide support for meetings, including guest registration and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Perform expense reporting and coordinate approval and processing of invoices.
- Assist in creating high-quality, on-brand reports and presentations.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visa requirements.
- Ensure the CCO is prepared for meetings, interviews, travel, and briefings.
- Manage and track vendor and subcontractor invoices.
- Organize additional logistics as needed, such as lunch reservations.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of administrative support experience; equivalent experience may be accepted.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Advanced proficiency with video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
- Experience communicating with multiple teams simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new computer programs/software.
- Ability to speak French, a plus.
Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience.
The target salary range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 annually. The position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
